COVID-19 WEEKLY WEDNESDAY UPDATE

AAFP TOWN HALL TONIGHT AT 7PM

This is my last Wednesday update email as Acting President. I will resume my role as President-Elect and welcome back Dr. Monica Fudala next week who will continue these IAFP President’s weekly messages as needed.

The week began with an inspiring front page Chicago Tribune article on Monday featuring our 2018 Family Physician of the Year, Thomas Huggett, MD and his leadership in providing safe, isolated care for Chicago’s homeless in a downtown hotel. He followed up with a live interview on WGN-TV Morning News on Tuesday morning. Check out our COVID-19 Media page where you’ll find these and other recent media coverage, including national TV and radio interviews. Our member stories consistently impress!
