WEEKLY WEDNESDAY UPDATE

AAFP ONLINE EVENT TONIGHT AT 7PM

Our state is slowly reopening, and the daily reports of confirmed cases and deaths appears to be slowing. There is cautious optimism that we have passed the peak in our fight to protect our people from COVID-19 and overcome this public health crisis.

Meanwhile, I contemplate the role of Family Medicine in health equity and institutional racism, brought to light by current events around the world. I’d like to share a blog post by our IAFP resident leaders and thank them for collaborating to start the discussion. Please feel free to read and share your comments.

Whether live or on demand, we strive to meet your professional, clinical and personal needs as front line family physicians facing the most unpredictable stressors of our generation.
