Summary:

Healthcare leaders are trying to address Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) in their organizations. Successful DEIB programs can drive employee retention and productivity and enhance team collaboration. In this session, through a diverse panel discussion, DEIB will be defined and strategies to promote it in the workplace will be presented.

Objectives:

• Define DEIB and explore why it matters
• Examine what DEIB could look like in your organization
• Implement a starting point for your organization
