BEING A LEADER

Summary:
Highly effective leaders have a high Emotional Quotient (EQ), understanding when to manage and when to lead, and knowing how to handle complex situations. This session will assess participants’ personal leadership profiles and find areas of opportunities and strengths, by using the Everything DiSC Work for Leaders assessment. Everyone attending this session will take the DiSC assessment prior to the session.

Objectives:
• Discuss why it is important for leaders to understand their skills
• Formulate your leadership image
• Conceptualize one’s personal values and a mission statement
• Differentiate between emotional quotient and intelligence quotient
