Letter regarding the IAFP Online Education Website/Learning Management System
June 23, 2023

On June 21, 2023, IAFP’s current Online Education/Learning Management provider informed us that they are unable to support our current system.  This means that their product is no longer viable for our organization’s online education needs.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this very unexpected transition. IAFP staff is seeking an alternative Learning Management System. As with any major technology migration, this will take several months. During this time, access to online education on our current LMS will be as follows:

IAFP Members – All free education, including state mandated CME, is still available to members. If you run into errors, time outs, etc. please go back and try again.

Non-Members – If you have already purchased a CME course, it will be available to you.  Otherwise, all non-member access will be suspended until a new system is established.

As we work to migrate to a new system, we urge each of you to download your current CME certificates by logging in, going to MY ACCOUNT (top right), then MY CERTIFICATES.

We apologize for any inconvenience; however, the system provider is unable to fix the issues occurring on the current online education website / learning management system.  We know that problems are intermittent, but also unpredictable.  The only recommendation for any errors or issues that you might encounter in the meantime is to log off and try again later.

We share your confusion and frustration but look forward to launching a new, functioning online education website/ LMS later in 2023.
