Conference cancellation policy: 

You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 15 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to the start of the event.  To cancel a registration, please email Ginnie Flynn.
