Program Objectives 1. Identify the magnitude of health benefit possible from dietary interventions. 2. Demonstrate how to respond to common nutrition questions from patients. 3. Demonstrate simple food selection and cooking tips to be shared with patients to promote healthy eating. 4. Identify the importance of a team approach for successful dietary interventions with patients, including collaboration between doctors, nurses, dietitians, nutritionists, and chefs.
